Job Overview
The Digital Account Solutions Product is looking for a Senior Digital Product Owner to lead multiple agile teams delivering the next generation onboarding experience for branch teams. We are seeking strategic thought leaders who are highly motivated to drive business objectives and make data driven decisions. The ideal candidate has experience with leading large transformations utilizing agile practices, data driven, and customer focused.
Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of :
- Combine subject matter expertise, vision, strategy, systems thinking, and product management capabilities to produce highly integrated and effective digital solutions and tools.
- Accountable for a suite of vendor and home-grown applications and the direct responsibilities for implementing and scaling branch planning/performance tools to improve the branch experience and ability to quickly serve clients.
- Interpretation of user feedback, managing stakeholder relationships across the firm, deep understanding of one or more complex systems and information to make subjective decisions that have a substantial risk and/or legal, regulatory, or financial implications.
- Serve as the individual accountable for the delivery team they support, leading a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product teams to deliver value to customers of the Firm.
- Align strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
- Management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource needs, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.
- Lead your matrixed product team through influence as well as task assignment authority, mentoring, and coaching all team members to fulfill the product vision.
- Advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the product strategy.
Skills/Requirements
What Experience You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of progressive Digital experience in a mid-size or large organization
- Experience in product management or similar role
- A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework
- Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership

- Data and Analytics background
- High level understanding of existing Edward Jones Branch Tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and direct work in a way that maximizes both personal and team efficiency
- Demonstrates ability to influence across a large organization
Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
