This executive level leader will be responsible for a team of senior leaders tasked with developing and delivering the firm’s growth marketing strategy and subsequent execution/marketing activity. This leader will work collaboratively across the enterprise while engaging executive level stakeholders and informing and influencing Firm leadership.
This executive will be a critical thinker who can devise and execute on strategy, optimize systems, processes and tools, and ensure hiring targets are met – all while embodying strong people leadership skills that motivate their organization to success.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
This highly visible role is critical to the Firm’s growth, especially in key, underdeveloped markets where traditional client acquisition methods are challenged.
This role offers the opportunity to build a contemporary Growth Marketing organization in a firm known for its great client care and focus. This leader will help broaden the organization’s thinking on how we attract clients, anticipate their needs and deliver a hyper-personalized attraction experience.
This leader will leverage data and digital technology to more effectively provide our branches with potential clients. As an integral part of the marketing leadership team, this leader will create a capability for our Firm to match potential client needs and preferences with the best fitting branch experience. They will also build out our branch marketing capabilities for “branch-driven” client acquisition activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to drive client acquisition, retention through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Develop campaigns and programs to attract new clients while deepening relationships with existing ones.
- Leverage segmentation and personalization to deliver tailored experiences that resonate with diverse client groups.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels, including search, social, email, and display.
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive measurable results
- Work collaboratively with our Practice/Market management teams to design, adopt, implement, and measure client growth initiatives
- Foster a culture of innovation by testing new channels, technologies, and approaches to growth marketing.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of growth marketing initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, including specialists in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Strong track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies and/or a similar track record leveraging digital strategies and technologies
- Significant track record of success leading world class marketing organizations
- Demonstrated ability leveraging data to optimize marketing/attraction resources
- Success with Enterprise systems level collaboration experience (ability to work well with branches (sales) in optimizing local marketing efforts; successful communicator and influencer with potential clients, branch teams, home office associates, and external stakeholder)
- Ability to simplify and teach
- Ability to lead, manage and develop leaders and associates
- Ability to develop and implement new and innovative approaches, business strategies, and capabilities
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 15 years of direct experience, 8 of which must be in a senior leadership capacity
- A minimum of 5 years of Financial Services industry experience
POST HIRE REQUIREMENTS:
- FINRA Series 7 License preferred
